What is the MBTI®?

The MBTI® is a very easy to administer instrument designed to explore personality type and assist us in understanding the complex interactions between people. Since it’s publication in 1975, millions have completed the MBTI® making it the most widely used personality assessment in the world. From small partnerships to large Fortune 100 companies, as well as educational, governmental, medical, religious and non-profit organizations, the MBTI® has been used in a variety of settings and contexts.
